TOMS - Email Components Design System

This is a modular library of email components designed for the DTC team to quickly and easily build emails in response to trending products or timely opportunities throughout the season.
I led the project from start to finish—developing the overall visual system and ensuring functionality that would empower cross-functional, non-design partners to confidently use the toolkit.

The biggest challenge was designing each component to be both visually cohesive and technically flexible, knowing that emails would be assembled by team members without design experience.
Consistent spacing, headline styles, and CTA placement were critical, so that no matter the combination or order of components, the final email would appear clean, intentional, and professionally designed.

This was a highly collaborative project. Throughout the process, I gathered feedback from the end users, refined the system based on their needs,
and conducted training sessions to ensure the team felt comfortable and confident using the toolkit.
